2PiFit is Medina County’s premier strength and conditioning studio serving busy professionals and women over 40 through semi-private training and nutrition/lifestyle coaching. We are growing and seeking a Certified Personal Trainer to lead our early-morning semi-private sessions and deliver an exceptional client experience.

This is a high-ownership, high-rapport coaching role — not a floor-trainer job.

Who You Are

You are a coach who naturally brings energy, professionalism, and consistency to the morning hours. You:

  • Have 1–3+ years of coaching experience (semi-private preferred)
  • Communicate warmly and clearly with clients
  • Can adjust exercises quickly based on mobility, pain, or experience
  • Connect easily with women 40+
  • Show up early, prepared, and fully present
  • Thrive within a structured coaching system
  • Are coachable, collaborative, and eager to grow

This role requires someone who truly enjoys early mornings and brings a strong presence at 5 AM.

Responsibilities

  • Coach semi-private strength training sessions (2–4 clients per hour)
  • Deliver safe, effective, and engaging coaching
  • Provide progressions, regressions, and form cues confidently
  • Communicate clearly with the team about client needs
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming training environment
  • Support a consistent, high-quality client experience
  • Follow the 2PiFit coaching framework and expectations

Required Qualifications

  • Nationally recognized CPT (NASM, ACSM, ACE, NSCA, ISSA, etc.) or degree in Exercise Science/Kinesiology
  • Current CPR/AED certification
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on coaching experience
  • Strong command of strength training fundamentals
  • Ability to coach adults with varying fitness levels
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Availability 5 AM–9 AM on weekdays (consistent schedule)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience coaching women 35+
  • Familiarity with movement assessments or corrective exercise
  • Experience with semi-private formats
  • Ability to manage a training room with confidence
  • Comfort navigating client personalities and modifying on the fly
